North American Hospitality Industry company, specializing in the implementation and management of luxury rentals operations through a tech enabled platform is looking for their Fullstack Developer in Colombia!

Role descriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer who will be involved in developing and maintaining various applications that support our operational needs and enhance our service offerings.

● Lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives.● Develop and maintain full-stack applications using JavaScript, Python, and Java.● Integrate third-party services for document verification, criminal records validation, and payment processing.● Optimize database performance and ensure scalability, particularly with PostgreSQL.● Support data migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrate various data sources for comprehensive analytics.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.● Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

Ideal Candidate

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is a bonus.● Proficient English level.● 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development.● Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java.● Experience with RESTful API development and integration.● Knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL).● Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform).● Knowledge of software architecture principles and patterns.
