Applica Corp. is looking for a Senior Ruby Developer.

Requirements:5-7 years of professional experience in backend development.At least 4 years of experience in DBA and/or Identity Access Management.Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, and Kafka.Hands-on experience with building and scaling microservice architectures, with a focus on creating systems that are both resilient and scalable.Key Responsibilities:Development and management of robust identity and access management solutions, focusing on Ruby OAuth implementations.Design, develop, and maintain backend systems emphasizing security, scalability, and performance.Utilize Ruby on Rails, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, and Kafka to build and improve our backend infrastructure.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate identity and access management solutions that support business requirements and objectives.Maintain clear and consistent communication with both technical and non-technical partners, explaining complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
