Essential Job Functions
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives and delivering better health and human services outcomes. Lead and/or participate in Joint Application Design sessions (JAD) to work with the Stakeholders and develop business specs during the project initiation phase. Create technical design documents that include UML diagrams. Rapid prototyping and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to the client. Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing large-scale web applications. Monitor and troubleshoot web applications, diagnose errors, and implement fixes. Liaise with clients and management to provide technical support on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, provide estimates, and resolve issues that may arise. Participate in QA activities such as technical design and code walkthroughs. Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies. Awareness of various design patterns and ability to apply them to solve recurring problems during software development.
What we're looking for
6+ years of programming experience with .Net technologies and Oracle. 1+ years of Medicaid experience is preferred. Strong .NET Skills: A solid understanding of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, web services, and C# is crucial. Web Development Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential for creating accessible web content. Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG )) : In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 standards.

The pay range for this position is $68,000.00 - $97,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
