Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Spark, Angular, and Cloud technologies to join our team for a critical project in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with full-stack development, possess the ability to lead technical efforts, and interact effectively with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Development: Engage in end-to-end development across the stack, utilizing Java, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Spark, Angular, and Cloud technologies to build and deploy robust solutions.Understanding Client Requirements: Work closely with the client to gather and understand their requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed align with their needs and expectations.Technical Leadership: Drive the technical direction of the project, solving complex problems, and making critical decisions related to architecture, cloud integration, and implementation.Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with the client to provide updates and ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Spark, Angular, and Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.Excellent communication skills for understanding client requirements and effective client interaction.

Desired Experience:Prior experience in team handling and technical leadership is a plus.Team Handling (Desired): While team handling experience is desired, the role involves in being handson coding & providing guidance to the team, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards in code quality.
