Lead AEM Developer

We are looking for a talented Lead AEM Developer to enhance our dynamic team.

You will spearhead the design and execution of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Java 11.

The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Engage in site implementation for global clientsGuide a team of developersArchitect the solution designWork closely with the team and clients to devise problem-solving strategiesAnalyze customer needs and recommend the most effective development approachCreate and execute digital consumer experience solutions based on Adobe EM product suiteAddress technical challenges with thoughtful problem-solvingTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to content management implementationsApply iterative/Agile methodologies as necessaryMaintain high standards of code quality and follow best coding practicesProvide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate team knowledge sharing

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in J2EE developmentMinimum of 5 years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) implementation1+ years of relevant leadership experienceProficiency in AEM-related technologies: OSGi, Java Content Repository, Apache SlingFamiliarity with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)Extensive experience with modern JS frameworks, such as React or Angular, particularly in creating websites that integrate with AEMIn-depth understanding of AEM MSM conceptsProficiency in version control using GitExperience with Maven build frameworksStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

Broad experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystemExperience in developing headless solutions on AEM
