Applica Corp. is looking for an experienced Lead Go Developer

Requirements:Experience creating REST or REST-like APIsProficient with Goroutines, Go channel patterns, concurrency, and pointersExperience working in a distributed cloud-based systemExperience with different SQL and NoSQL variants (PostgreSQL and Redis preferred)Experience with ORM tools like SQLCKafka or other streaming/messaging experienceIdentity management experience such as OAuth, SAML, LDAPNice to have:Temporal/Workflow OrchestrationBackground Processing such as River/GoworkerResponsibilities:Lead teams and design projects with larger complexities. Lead technical discussions, identify technical debt, and create plans to address it. Deliver value early and often, reduce risk through concepts like feature flags and canary builds. Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders. Work independently with minimal oversight, seek input when needed, and oversee the work of others. Proficient in moving through uncertainty toward action, acting with incomplete information while taking steps to fill in the blanks.Understand longer-term vision and iterate systems toward a vision through smaller incremental changes.
