Frontend Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced React JS Front-End Developer to join our team (Part-Time). You will play a critical role in developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using the latest technologies. As a Senior Developer, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall architecture and best practices of our projects. Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance, and scalable web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of complex front-end systems, ensuring maintainability and performance.Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and ensure continuous delivery through CI/CD pipelines.Code Reviews: Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code, identifying and suggesting improvements.Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and propose new ideas to improve the development process.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.JavaScript/TypeScript Expertise: Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+ features, and modern front-end development workflows.React Ecosystem: Proficiency in React.js, Redux (or similar state management libraries), React Router, and other relevant libraries.UI/UX Skills: Strong sense of design and user experience, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional web applications.Testing Frameworks: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or similar.Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Performance Optimization: Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques for web applications.CI/CD: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.DevOps: Exposure to DevOps practices and working knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.UI Frameworks: Experience with UI frameworks and libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or similar.Cross-Browser Compatibility: Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.GraphQL: Experience with GraphQL and related technologies.
