Lead Salesforce Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Lead Salesforce Developer at Genesis Technology Solutions. The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, customize and configure Salesforce applications, and provide ongoing support.

QualificationsStrong experience with Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, and integrationProficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community CloudCertifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/IIStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levelsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
