Please read the qualifications as a guidepost.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop new functionality and choose plug ins using your WordPress knowledge to excel clients expectationsHelp build enterprise-scale WordPress solutionsCI/CD pipelinesParticipate in code reviews and lead pair programming activitiesAttend and contribute to sprint and client meetingsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the business to contribute to both your career and the success of the businessBring your A game and act as a mentor to the development team encouraging people to be the best they can be and adopt a winning mindsetRequirements for the role:Minimum of five (5) years of WordPress development experienceMinimum of five (5) years writing PHPExperience with at least one PHP framework like Symphony, Laravel, CodeIgniter or an understanding of PHP-open source projects like WordPress, Joomla or DrupalYou will have a strong engineering mindsetWorked on projects that required custom plug-in developmentA strong understanding and experience of working with modern PHPAn understanding of web performance and its importanceCommunicate product delivery pipeline to team with direction from CTO
