They will also need to connect with new lease vendors, gather hourly data, and ensure it is sent to the relevant vendors. While Kronos or UKG functional expertise is not necessary, strong skills in C# and SQL are essential.Responsibilities include managing the demographics file transfer to a new vendor, which involves combining data from two timekeeping systems (on-prem and SaaS) into a single file.
