Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate personalized messages, and landing pages using Marketing Cloud scripting languages.Develop complex mobile responsive emails using modern standards and best practice guidelines for HTML/CSS for email to optimize responsive rendering and drive engagement rates.Develop and optimize email template portfolio for continued A/B testing, mobile optimization, and dynamic personalization.Perform quality assurance and troubleshooting code rendering across multiple desktop and mobile devices, using email testing and analytics platforms such as Litmus or Email on Acid.Partner closely with Marketing and Engineering teams, to turn compelling and personalized email notifications into reality.Create web banners corresponding with email artwork (or vice versa).Execute email setup and deployment via SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Qualifications/SkillsMust have a strong grasp of all functions within SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and provide a seamless walkthrough/overview.10 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage KPI Metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness.Experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections-related business processes.Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must.
