🔍 What We're Looking For:Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Apex: Strong proficiency in Salesforce’s proprietary programming language for creating custom business logic, controllers, and triggers.Visualforce: Experience building custom user interfaces using Visualforce markup and Apex controllers.Lightning Components (Aura Components): Familiarity with building dynamic web apps using the component-based Aura framework.Lightning Web Components (LWC): Expertise in developing modern, fast, and efficient Salesforce applications using this JavaScript framework built on web standards.SOQL/SOSL: Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for data retrieval and search.JavaScript: Extensive experience with JavaScript, especially in the context of LWC and client-side scripting in Visualforce.HTML/CSS: Strong skills in HTML and CSS for designing and styling Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and LWCs.Salesforce Flow: Ability to automate complex business processes using Salesforce Flow, along with a deep understanding of other Salesforce automation tools.Salesforce CLI: Familiarity with the Salesforce Command-Line Interface (CLI) for managing Salesforce DX projects, scripting, and automation.SOAP/REST APIs: Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

Optional Skills:Mulesoft: Knowledge of Mulesoft for complex integrations and connecting applications, data, and devices.Heroku: Experience with Heroku for building, running, and operating apps in the cloud, integrated with Salesforce.Einstein AI: Familiarity with Salesforce’s AI-powered features for predictive analytics and AI-driven functionalities.Salesforce DX: Understanding of modern development practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.
