Job Description As a Back-End Technical Lead, you will design, develop and maintain our platform by taking on the following responsibilities:

Lead a full product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to roll out and supportOwn the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure)Building your team Desired Skills and Experience:5+ Years of experience in backend technologies.Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design principles.Hands-on experience building consumer Web/mobile apps at scale.Strong exposure to open-source technology Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web development frameworks.Strong architecture skills.Expertise on multiple back-end technologies. e.g., J2EE, Spring boot, HibernateExpertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices, with demonstrable production-scale experience.Experience working with tools like Git, MavenStrong background working with Linux/UNIX environmentsFamiliarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB),
