At Empact, we’re seeking a capable .Net Developer who thrives in dynamic environments. Your role involves using your expertise in C#, .Net Core, and Angular to design solutions while collaborating closely with a diverse team working across different tech layers.

Not only will you be a crucial part of our Oslo team, but you’ll also work closely with our offices in Denmark, the US and Romania. Here’s the kicker: you’ll play a pivotal role in developing software for our significant defense clients.

Your Tasks:Craft robust software systems (Web APIs) known for their reliability, maintainability, and efficiency.Play a vital role in reviewing specifications, ensuring requirements align with realistic timeframes, and proposing innovative solutions when needed.Collaborate closely with teammates and Project Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.Document technical designs, ensuring clarity and precision in implementation.Guarantee peak performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Champion timely, high-quality project deliveries.Forge strong communication channels with QA teams to meet project and code quality KPIs.Offer key support to troubleshoot and resolve issues on production systems.Drive innovation by proposing technological solutions that elevate our core product's quality.

Your Skills:Dive in with a BS degree in Computer Science or related fields, showcasing expertise in:.Net Framework / .Net CoreEntity Framework / EF CoreAngular, jQuery, JavaScript, CSSMastering SQL databases, from query optimization to designing schemasGrasping the fundamentals of design patternsThrive both independently and within cross-functional teams:Collaborate seamlessly with Mobile Apps Development, Quality Assurance, and Product ManagementInfuse your work with a passion for product and user experience, making customer-centric decisionsUphold top-notch coding standards, setting the bar high

Nice-to-Haves:Expand your expertise with:MySQL/PostgreSQL databasesDockerInterest or experience in AI/MLDeep knowledge of design patterns and principlesProficiency in source control tools like GIT, Jenkins for continuous integration, SonarQube for code analysis, and similar toolsFamiliarity with Linux server distribution
