Company Overview:Our client is a dynamic startup making significant strides in blockchain infrastructure development. Focusing on Layer 2 cross-rollup bridges and Layer 2 solution integration, they are a leading player in ZK technology. With a substantial user base and open-source contributions on GitHub, they are at the cutting edge of blockchain innovation. Specialising in zero-knowledge proof technology (ZK), the company is dedicated to optimising on-chain gas usage, aiming to reduce interaction costs by 40-60%.

This position is based in Melbourne, and unfortunately, we will not be considering applicants located outside of Australia.

Salary:$150,000-200,000k + superPotential for transition to equityRole SummaryIn the second half of 2024, the company is set to launch a Layer 2 testnet and mainnet, leveraging a Zero-Knowledge (ZK) stack, potentially via third-party integration. Key development initiatives include creating a point system for airdrops and native yield earning. This will allow users to deposit ETH and earn a yield, similar to Lido’s 3.5% returns, along with reward points for airdrops, comparable to Blast.io’s model. Looking ahead to 2025, the focus will shift to developing token staking, ETH restaking features, a launchpad, and a stablecoin system similar to USDO, designed to generate yield from T-bills, inspired by MakerDAO’s approach.

Role Requirements:
