Senior Front End Software Developer - Marketplace

We are looking for a Senior Front End Software Developer - Marketplace to join the team at Paradigm. You will be part of a team transforming the homebuilding industry, with truly next generation capabilities.

What You Will Do:

You will become a trusted expert on our application comprising of a React front end app running on Azure as well as SAP Commerce CloudYou will work with product management to understand product goals and suggest solution approaches and technical designs for achieving those goals.You will work with a team to architect reliable services and applications to be hosted in the Azure cloud and SAP CCV2You will act as a lead developer, overseeing the development and rollout of features using React, NodeJS, JSP, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS among other technologies and tools, while applying industry standard methodologies like Responsive Design, Mobile-first Design, etc.Support Agile delivery of solutions aligned to business needs while maintaining a high standard of quality. Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot bugs.You will participate in daily standups and guide the product team as we build new features, releasing to production frequently.You will review work from other project team members, and assist/mentor team members in the review process.You will participate in Experience Design of the various journeys and consult with the Creative team.You will help design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flag systems, A/B testing tools, and other systems to support user analytics and frequent product releases.You will be responsible for supporting and investigating issues involving released software.

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.5+ Years of experience designing and developing complex software solutions, including experience as a team lead.You have expertise in implementing business workflows, and in implementing system integrations.You are able to evaluate technical solutions, leading a team towards the simplest solution that meets the needs at hand.You are a critical thinker, with creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and a proven problem-solving ability.You can take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.You are very organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; you are able to work individually as well as with a team.Thrive in a hybrid/ remote work environment, collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams across different locations, time zones, and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.You are able to travel as required. Travel can range anywhere from 0-25% domestically.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000/annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
