Job Description:-As a Full-Stack Developer at NotHuman.AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality websites & applications using Next.js., including both front-end and back-end elements. You will collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance web solutions that meet our client's specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needsWriting clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js developmentOptimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devicesPerforming thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and securityDeveloping and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStaying up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new onesProviding technical mentorship and guidance to junior team membersAct as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.

Requirements:-Proven experience developing web applications using Next.js and React, with a strong understanding of their features and best practicesProficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and librariesStrong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimizationYou are familiar with server-side technologies, such as Node.js or Express.jsExperience in converting Figma designs to live websites with a focus on user experience.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Familiarity with SEO principles and their implementation in web development.

Additional Information:-This is a full-time, remote position.Candidates should have a robust portfolio showcasing a range of web development projects in custom web development, especially Next.js.

Mandatory Requirements for this role:-2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.3 years of experience in front-end development.Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, and familiarity with database management.Demonstrable experience with Figma and web design best practices.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.A portfolio demonstrating past work and successes in web development.
