Key Responsibilities:
Build business and software simulations across CompanyTesting new software and simulation platformsInfluence large-scale experiential designWork with teammates to develop gamified simulations and live trainingBuild and Maintain Tools, Templates, and Checklists for scaled programsUses needs assessments and gap analysisMaintain and improve existing learning content on new platforms.Partner with Vendor providers to use their platformBuild prototypes and refine them with feedback from learners and stakeholders.Create professional materials that are accessible and focused on the targeted outcomes.Client different platforms that can host HTML or JavaScript and create a business case to bring to the org on investment opportunitiesEvaluate current feedback on hosted simulations and assess bugs and updates to better impact learners and the business.
Minimum Requirements:
4-5 years of proven development within various software – these projects are high risk so this person cannot be green Experience in the programming language JavaScript and understanding of the software development life cycleExperience with JavaScript, JSON, Python or software programmingExperience in conducting gap analysis and stakeholder interviewsExperience in creating wireframes to depict the results of a product or desired resultsExperience translating complex concepts into an easy-to-understand and digestible formatAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
