The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Odoo applications, a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, and the ability to work collaboratively to solve complex business challenges. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing ongoing support to end-users.Key Responsibilities:Module Development and Customization:Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.System Integration:Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems.Develop APIs and data import/export functionalities.Technical Support and Troubleshooting:Provide technical support for Odoo issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner.Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning.Database Management:Manage and optimize the Odoo database.Ensure data integrity and security.Documentation and Training:Document code, technical specifications, and system configurations.Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities.Collaboration and Project Management:Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in project planning, estimation, and status meetings.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of Odoo projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.Experience with Odoo development frameworks and tools.Knowledge of Odoo API, ORM, and custom module development.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):Experience with Odoo versions 14 and above.Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.Familiarity with Odoo’s eCommerce, CRM, and ERP modules.
