Responsibilities:- Provide night support for our PHP-based SaaS platform, built on Laravel, ensuring its stability and smooth operation during non-business hours.- Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies that may arise during the night shift.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software defects in Laravel applications.- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve any performance bottlenecks or system issues specific to Laravel.- Monitor system logs and alerts, taking proactive measures to prevent and address any potential problems in the Laravel environment.- Coordinate with the development team to deploy bug fixes and updates specific to Laravel during the night shift.- Work closely with the customer support team to provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues promptly, especially those related to Laravel.- Utilize the Twilio API to integrate and enhance the functionality of our PHP Laravel applications.- Document and maintain a comprehensive record of all reported incidents, troubleshooting steps taken, and their resolutions, particularly in the context of Laravel.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly those related to Laravel, to continuously enhance the platform's performance and security.
Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Senior Tester/Night Support Professional, specifically with Laravel and PHP applications.- Extensive experience with PHP development and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Proven track record of working with SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of their architecture and operations, particularly in the context of Laravel.- In-depth knowledge of Twilio API and hands-on experience integrating it into PHP Laravel applications.- Familiarity with Twilio's SMS, voice, and video services, and ability to utilize their features effectively within Laravel applications.- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, with specific emphasis on their usage in Laravel projects.- Proficiency in working with databases, particularly MySQL, in the context of Laravel's Eloquent ORM.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically and work effectively under pressure in Laravel-based environments.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical information related to Laravel to non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in Laravel projects.- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, specifically when working on Laravel-based tasks and supporting Laravel applications.
