Power Platform Developer- Gen AI/Copilot Studio

Job Type: FTE

Location: Remote (anywhere in US or Canada)

Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a strong plus.Advanced experience with ASP.NET for API development and integration.Hands-on experience in developing and registering custom Power Platform plugins.Experience in registering and managing outbound webhooks.Expertise in building and integrating custom PCF components for PowerApps and Power Pages.Strong knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management (Azure AD).

Experience:Proven track record of working with Microsoft Power Platform and delivering custom solutions.Proven experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio.Experience developing - Custom connectors against 3rd party or in-house APIs Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (a plus).Demonstrated ability to work with APIs and build connectors.Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solution architecture.Strong understanding of front-end development principles and frameworks.Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies is desirable.Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework (optional but desirable).Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounding techniques is a plus.Experience developing conceptual (PoC) to production solutions/apps
