Key Responsibilities:
AI Chatbot Development:Design, develop, and implement user-centric front-end interfaces for AI chatbots, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with AI Teams:Work closely with our AI engineers and data scientists to integrate chatbot functionalities and enhance conversational interfaces.
UI/UX Design: Translate design wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Testing & Debugging:Conduct thorough testing and debugging of chatbot applications to ensure top-tier functionality and a bug-free experience.
Cross-Platform Compatibility:Ensure that chatbots are responsive and function flawlessly across different devices and platforms.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and front-end technologies to continuously enhance chatbot capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 4 years in front-end development, with at least 2 years specializing in AI chatbot development.
Technical Expertise:Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js. Experience with Node.js is a plus.
Chatbot Frameworks: Hands-on experience with chatbot development frameworks and platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar.
UI/UX Focus: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Integration Skills: Experience in integrating chatbots with various APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the AI industry, particularly with chatbots in customer service, healthcare, or e-commerce sectors.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Portfolio:A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on AI chatbot projects.
