One of our Singapore-based proptech client (startup) looking for a proficient UI/UX engineer to build front-end for our B2B Gen AI application.They expect the individual to hit the ground running straight away and build the first UI version basis their PRD within a month. Founder/leadership team is available anytime to support and share inputs.
Role Expectation:
Design and develop high-quality, user-centric interfaces for our generative AI B2B application.
- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code using Next.js frameworks. Implement responsive designs that work flawlessly across various devices and screen sizes.2. Design and implement server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness3. Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems4. Responsible for ensuring the UI / UX provides optimal user experience and also provide feedback to Product Management / Leadership for any changes which can make the product efficient5. Create and maintain reusable UI components and libraries to ensure consistency across the application
Engagement structure:
Work on UI part of our Generative AI application for 20 hours per week. Initial assessment phase is 1 week. Extendable after this initial phase for further 1-2 months.
Mandatory participation in our stand-up call everyday 6 to 7 PM IST.
Prefer only full-time freelancers, not professionals working in a full time job and doing part-time work.
Criteria:Proficiency in Next.JS is mandatory.
Experience in designing interfaces for AI-powered features (e.g., chatbots, content generators). Ability to visualize and present AI-generated data in user-friendly formats, designing for feedback loops for our AI model.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Knowledge of accessibility standards and their implementation in web applications
Familiarity with state management libraries, version control systems, GitHub, UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch, RESTful APIs.
