Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Operational Resilience and ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational resilience and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules focused on Operational Resilience and GRC.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including Scripting, workflows, and UI design.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow GRC and Operational Resilience modules.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Operational Resilience and GRC.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Scripting, integrations, and data management.Experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).Understanding of operational resilience principles and how to apply them within the ServiceNow platform.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.ServiceNow certification(s) in GRC or related areas is a plus.
