In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience with various ServiceNow modules to drive implementations, enhancements, configurations, and upgrades. You will collaborate closely with business and leadership teams, providing updates, suggestions, and thorough documentation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.Lead and participate in the implementation, enhancement, configuration, and upgrade projects for ServiceNow.Collaborate with business and leadership teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer strategic suggestions.Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Proven experience with a variety of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).Strong background in implementations, enhancements, configurations, and upgrades of ServiceNow.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and leadership teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.Experience in the financial services industry.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
