Position Summary
Are you passionate about modern web development and design? We are hiring for a Front-end Developer who understands how to use data to inform design and functionality decisions to create exceptional user experiences for the web and drive desired business outcomes. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, creative, and analytical with the ability to quickly turn ideas into results while collaborating closely with team members and internal stakeholders. Our web stack includes: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Utility-first CSS with Tailwind, Netlify/Vercel, and a headless CMS called Kontent.
Responsibilities
Meet with content owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and create a plan that demonstrates a solid understanding of goals and objectives. Design, create, and maintain web content to meet company and stakeholder requirements while adhering to brand guidelines.Create and test web pages to ensure that they are working effectively.Assist team with management of staging live site.Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.Bring best practices in design and user experience and bring innovative ideas for website enhancements.Work with Web and Design teams to develop new concepts and put them into production.
What You Bring To The Team
Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in website design and development.Knowledge of current web design and development best practices for desktop and mobile.Experience with tooling such as JavaScript, React, Node and Typescript and/or similar technologies.Experience with developing, maintaining, and updating website code and content.Knowledge of UX/UI or HCI best practices.
