This is a remote opportunity for professionals located in Mexico. As a Drupal expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Drupal websites, including the creation of custom themes and modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Drupal websites, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.Develop and customize Drupal themes using Twig and other templating engines.Create and modify custom Drupal modules to meet specific project requirements.Ensure responsive design principles are applied, ensuring compatibility across a range of devices and screen sizes.Integrate third-party applications and services with Drupal seamlessly.Regularly update and maintain Drupal core, contributed modules, and themes.Monitor and optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability.Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and use code repository and release integration tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, etc.Stay up to date with the latest Drupal trends and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6-8 years of experience for Lead Developers and 5-6 years for Sr. Developers.Proficiency in PHP 8, Drupal 8/9, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.Strong experience with Drupal theming and the Twig template engine.Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation is a plus.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Experience with code repository and release integration tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Docker.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management skills.
