RESPONSIBILITIES:Craft optimized code utilizing T-SQL and C# within an Azure DAG SQL Server 2017 setting. This includes the creation of stored procedures, functions, triggers, assemblies, and SSIS packagesContinuously oversee the performance and availability of databases and related processes, addressing any issues that arise promptlyOversee the operational processes for loading customer data on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timelinessDocument critical processes and provide knowledge transfer to the on-call support team. Be available for escalations outside of standard business hours when necessaryFormulate and implement policies and procedures related to database architecture, security, disaster recovery, and general database standardsCollaborate with various business units to define system logic and requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business needsGuide and mentor team members on SQL Server technologies and develop strategies to enhance the performance of database processes
