Build out LLMs – gateway, to sell product – cloud solutions Tech:Python Must haves Build LLMDistributed open ai – scalable Python Sr. level Can flex on PHD Start up exp – value this more than a PHD Researchers - SME Selling factor –Building things that are equivalent to next gen cloud platform This person will build the AI strategy Customer/investor – will invest on this Make an impact with a building a product that can be used by a lot of people Use local and regional infrastructure to power their cloud product – like “Air BnB” for the cloudThey are selling Main Responsibilities: Design scalable AI pipelines for enterprise AI applications Proprietary Language Model (SLM/LLM) development Mentor and work with a team of engineers to develop and implement Gen AI solution for enterprise applications Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services Stay up-to-date on the latest research advances in GenAI Required Qualifications: PhD degree in Natural Language Processing Min 7+ years of experience in machine learning, (at least 2+ years in language model development/NLP)Strong programming skills in Python/C++, Strong coding ethicsExperience with deep learning frameworks such PyTorch/TensorFlow Proven expertise in LLM, RAG, LM model finetuning Experience with CV/NLP libraries such as Huggingface transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, dspy, Ragatouille, OpenCV, Scikit-Image Experience with Vector Indexing and Vector DBs (LLamaIndex/FAISS, Chroma) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaborate when necessary Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Bonus Qualifications: Experience with data curation or Knowledge of Annotation Tools/Platforms AI model quantization/optimizations Experience in machine learning model performance evaluation Research Writing/Publishing Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps
