Job Description Refactoring and Creation of Test Code: Acquire domain knowledge and resolve technical debt through communication with offshore teams.Development of Projects Initiated by Product Managers: Work on projects requested by Product Managers.Bug Fixing: Address and resolve software issues.Middleware Version Upgrades: Update various middleware versions.

Requirements

MustMore than 3 years of experience in web application development (Languages: TypeScript, Java, Go, etc.)Ability to persevere through challenging situationsJapanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 level (essential for communication with the Customer Success department)

BetterOver 5 years of practical experience in web application development, or equivalent experienceExperience in improving system quality and productivity based on effectiveness indicators such as Four KeysExperience in managing technical debt with consideration for ROIExperience in communication and negotiation with the business sideExperience in development within a Scrum teamExperience in resolving large-scale technical debtExperience in external communication through event speaking or technical publicity
