.NET Full Stack Developer - Remote - F/M/X

We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React (or Angular) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development and possess the ability to effectively lead projects involving functionally complex applications.

🔥Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using .Net for the backend and React (or Angular) for the frontend, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and user requirements.Lead the architecture and design efforts for new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption and ensure application stability.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and product offerings.

🎯Your Profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .Net and either React or Angular.You possess hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and iterative development environment.You have a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development practices, including RESTful services and microservices architecture.You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions for complex technical challenges.You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.Ideally, you have experience working with functionally complex applications, and a track record of delivering successful software projects.
