Job Description:Qualifications:· Experience: 10+ Years· Extensive experience in Power BI implementation, development, enhancement, and migration· Strong expertise in developing Power BI reports from various data sources, including on-premises servers, cloud services, and different file formats· Competent with Power BI Desktop, Gateway, Service, and Report Server· Solid experience in Paginated Reports using Report Builder and in migrating SSRS/Tabular reports to Power BI· In-depth understanding of Power Query M and hands-on experience with complex DAX queries· Expertise in implementing row-level security, dataset design, data cleansing, and aggregation· Strong knowledge of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices· Advanced SQL reporting skills, with the ability to create views and write queries for custom datasets· Experience in 1-2 large-scale enterprise-level Power BI implementations· Strong COE approach and leadership in driving Power BI initiatives· Experience in modernizing legacy reports from Excel, Tableau to Power BI· Deep understanding of Power BI tool functions, limitations, and hidden features· Certified Power BI Developer with experience in migration, upgrade, cluster management, and performance tuning· Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI
