Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Appian platform.Experience in automating business workflows using Appian.Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows.Independently deliver Appian based solutions.Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes.Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.Strong communication and presentation skills.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on timelines and asset delivery.Respond to update requests from stakeholders.Capable of working in a fast-paced, agile team environment.Capable of prioritizing daily tasks and following through on projects to successful completion.
