We are building a comprehensive booking and operations platform designed to streamline salon management and enhance customer experiences. Our team operates fully remotely, bringing a blend of UK and Colombian expertise to the Latin American market.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser. This role will closely collaborate with our UX/UI team to translate design wireframes into high-quality code and create a seamless user experience.Responsibilities:Develop new user-facing features using React.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve front-end performance issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.Qualifications:+4 Years Proven experience as a Front-End Developer. (MANDATORY)High skills in CSS (Animations, building frameworks, etc). (MANDATORY)Portfolio with live demo personal projects. (MANDATORY)Knowledge of React Native or mobile, PWA technologies.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js, Vue.js and its core principles.Knowledge of Backend technologies such as Node.js, Nest.js, Databases and Cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusExperience with data structure libraries.Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.Familiarity with RESTful APIs.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.Having previously worked in startup culture is a plusFamiliarity with code versioning tools.
