Requirements:Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.Skills: Proficiency in Python, Node.js; experience with frameworks such as Django, Express.js.Database Management: Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, or Google Cloud.DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Communication: Strong English skills (written and spoken) are essential.Culture Fit: Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team across different time zones.
