Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, Develop, and Implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including customizing workflows, plugins, and forms.Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.Configure and Customize Dynamics 365 to fit the specific needs of clients, including the development of custom entities, fields, and relationships.Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Maintain and Update existing Dynamics 365 implementations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.Participate in Testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions are reliable and perform as expected.Document Technical Designs and solutions, ensuring that all work is well-documented and can be understood by others.Stay Updated on the latest features and updates to Microsoft Dynamics 365, recommending and implementing new features where appropriate.Provide Technical Support and guidance to clients and team members as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including customization, configuration, and integration.Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
