Develop React-based application, embodying a bias for action to deliver customer-centric and visually appealing experiences. Implement seamless and responsive user experience solutions with highest quality graphic standards that build and maintain trust Optimize for cross-browser compatibility, following design thinking principles for crafting user interfaces that blend aesthetics with functionality. Integrate seamlessly with cloud services (Microsoft Azure) for enhanced scalability and performance. Technical Skills: Minimum work experience of about 3 years Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with front-end frameworks, libraries, and tools such as NextJS, Redux, TailwindCSS, SCSS Experience working in mobile application development Experience in constructing extensive enterprise SPA with a focus on user experience, meticulous design, maintainability, and accessibility Hiring process: Talent acquisition screening -> Company, cultural fit screening -> technical assignment -> technical interview #1 -> technical interview #2 (optional) -> Discussion with sr. team -> HR round Work environment: We believe in a balanced approach between face-to-face work environment and working from your own office space, be it from home or from a co-working space. Every member of our team has a high sense of ownership and hence is free to decide when and where to gather. We are likely to have most of our team members located in Bangalore. Hence, we would like someone who also likes Bangalore, who would eventually be ok to relocate to the garden city. Compensation & Benefits: You will start as a part-time (fixed at 20hrs / week) or a full-time consultant (fixed at 40hrs / week) On confirmation of cultural and competency fit (which is expected to take around 3 months), you will make it into our permanent rolls We compensate well over the market norms (between $15 to $30 per hour); we believe in growing together and making the next few years one of the best professional experiences mutually.
