What We're Looking For:- Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on Substrate and Rust.- In-depth understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem, including parachains, relay chains, and cross-chain communication.- Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized application development.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Effective communication skills and experience working with remote teams.
