Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

Work Hours: IST 4 PM - 12 AM

Experience: 2-4 Years

Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience with Node.js and React.js.Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React.js, including knowledge of state management, hooks, and component lifecycle.Backend Expertise: Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js, including creating and managing RESTful APIs.Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control systems.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain Applications: Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues and bugs.Optimize Performance: Implement performance optimization techniques for both frontend and backend systems.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
