The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative technology professional to join our team as a Global Developer Advocate based in Poland. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the growth and adoption of my clients leading blockchain technology. Your primary focus will involve engaging with dApp and Smart Contract Developers, inspiring them to design and build real-world applications using bleeding edge technology.

What You’ll Do:Maintain an expert-level technical knowledge of my clients platform and its features.Grow and support vibrant developer communities actively working on the platform.Represent my client at industry events through speaking and technology demonstrations.Innovate tools and features on the platform to enhance the Developer Experience.Create compelling content such as blog posts, podcasts, and articles about my clients technology.Expand technical documentation, creating articles and tutorials for new platform users.Engage with the community online through meetups, forums, Github, and social media.Work with technical writers and engineers to create code examples and proofs of concept.Provide internal advocacy by giving feedback to product and customer success teams.

Requirements:Bachelorʼs Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Excellent communication skills in English & Polish (verbal and written).Based in Europe, with a preference for candidates in Poland.5+ years of experience working on production-level projects in rapid iteration environments.Previous successful project delivery at a mid-to-senior engineering or architecture level.Comfortable working across the full development stack.Understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including dApp and Smart Contract development.Experience or aptitude for speaking at technical conferences and creating technical training documentation.Growth mindset with a strong customer focus and a commitment to excel and lead by example.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Github and contributing to open-source projects.Previous experience in Agile teams.Any European language skills (French, German, Italian).
