Digital Charter is seeking a Mid-Level Power Platform Developer proficient in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Pages. This position is focused on designing, developing, and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to align with business objectives and user needs. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities from coding and scripting in JavaScript and React, integrating applications with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, managing project timelines in an Agile environment, to analyzing data and generating reports with Power BI, ensuring the delivery of high-performance applications and insightful business solutions.
This opportunity is full-time and remote. Ideally, the candidate resides in the DC, MD, or VA area.

What you’ll be responsible for:Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages) to meet business requirements and goals.Canvas and Model-Driven Apps: Build and implement both Canvas and Model-Driven applications that are optimized for performance and user experience.Integration and Customization: Utilize Microsoft CoPilot Studio for integrating and customizing solutions that extend the capabilities of the Power Platform.Coding and Scripting: Write and maintain code in JavaScript and React for custom components and functionality within Power Platform applications.Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Power BI for data analysis and create insightful reports and dashboards that support decision-making processes.Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in an Agile development environment.Problem-Solving: Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
The qualifications you bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a computer science, or related field or equivalent experience and trainingAt least 3 years experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power PagesKnowledge on how to build out both Canvas and Model-Driven AppsExperience in Microsoft CoPilot StudioAbility to code in JavaScript and ReactStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables, often working in an Agile development environmentPreferably hold any of the following certifications: PL-300/DA-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or PL-900
