What We're Looking For:Experience: 2+ years in Java and J2EE development.Skills:Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8 or above) and J2EE.Extensive experience with the Struts 2 framework.Solid understanding of jQuery, CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap, and SQL.Proficiency in JDBC for database connectivity.Experience working with front-end technologies like jQuery and Bootstrap.Ability to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with CSS and AJAX.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize existing code.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
