Overview

The IBM BPM, Camunda & Java Developer plays a crucial role in the organization's software development and integration activities. They are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IBM BPM and Camunda solutions using Java programming language. The successful candidate will be essential in ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for process automation and workflow implementationDesign and develop IBM BPM and Camunda solutions using Java programming languageIntegrate BPM solutions with other systems and applications to ensure seamless functionalityParticipate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deploymentProvide technical expertise and support for IBM BPM and Camunda solutionsIdentify and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutionsParticipate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryConduct performance tuning and optimization of BPM solutionsAdhere to best practices and standards for BPM and Java developmentContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologiesParticipate in Agile development processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in developing IBM BPM and Camunda solutionsProficiency in Java programming languageStrong understanding of BPMN 2.0Experience in integration of BPM solutions with other systems and applicationsKnowledge of Agile development methodologiesExperience in troubleshooting and issue resolutionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCertifications in IBM BPM and Camunda are a plusExperience in performance tuning and optimization of BPM solutionsKnowledge of best practices for BPM and Java developmentAbility to adapt to changing technology and requirementsUnderstanding of enterprise software design principles
