The successful candidates will report to the Product Design Lead and be responsible for executing and delivering well-tested code. You will be the first UX Developer hired at BusPatrol and will play a pivotal role shaping the organization to become design led. We need someone who is self-directed, strategic in structuring development work, and provides mentor opportunities. You will lead a small team and roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor to lead work on several projects, including our core applications and customer-facing interfaces. Your ability to resolve issues and make recommendations reduces the need for front-end development rework and helps drive improvements.

First Initiative: We are seeking someone passionate about extracting our design system from Figma into Storybook components. Each scrum team will use the component library to enable scalable, modular components, have a unified language, design consistency, and foster inclusivity.
