ServiceNow Developer W2

Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and plugins to meet specific needs.• Develop integrations with other systems and applications using APIs and scripting.• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow scripting languages (Jelly, Glide).• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance on all developed solutions.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.• Document code and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:• 10 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 8 year of experience on the ServiceNow platform.• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages: Jelly, Glide.• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows, such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and GRC.• Experience with web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Bonus points:Experience with cloud-based deployments.Experience with DevOps methodologies.Certifications in ServiceNow
