Remote Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:The role will be responsible for working closely with the Solutions Architect on architecture and senior development decisions of the Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Services application (internally branded as Smart Tech).Work closely with the Dynamics Solutions Architect to implement Dynamics solutions scalability and best practicesEnhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementationsProvide guidance and mentoring to other technical resources on the teamWork with the business to understand requirements to propose and develop technical solutions and effectively communicate those to lower-level development resources.Keep leadership up to date on team progress, risks, etc.Ensuring optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and products.Upgrading and configuring Microsoft Dynamics systems for optimized integration.Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.

What You'll Need:Minimum of 4 years Dynamics 365 modules experienceMinimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 implementations experienceMinimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementationsMinimum of 3 years of Dynamics 365 development experience including:Core Skills: JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls (React/FluentUI), TypeScript, Power BI, Power AutomateField Service module experienceA solid track record of the following is a must:The ability to work independently and in a team environment.Creative problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues.Managing conflicting priorities and gaining consensus across multiple user groupsCommitted and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users.Excellent relationship building in all levels of organization.Experience running technical projects.Experience working with offshore resourcesPreference for experience working in an Agile SAFe 6 frameworkExperience with Azure DevOps

Pay Range: $67-$71/hr
