Developer Manager

Digital Harbor is looking for a Development Manager based ANYWHERE in LATAM with the following requirements:

📍 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent certification in a related field.

At least 2 years as a Project Manager in software products, or 7 years leading software teams.Necessary: Solid experience in software development and product creation.Solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working with remote teams.Strong skills using and administrating JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.Analyze, plan, and track projects to exceed stakeholder expectations.Lead Development Teams to prioritize approved scope based on strategic importance analysis, outstanding tasks, obstacles or barriers, resources, and deadlines.Identify, track, manage, and mitigate risk. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact on quality and timeline.Assist with team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.Project Management certifications or Software Architecture Knowledge is a plus.
