Job Description:As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our web application. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. Your expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) will be essential in building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs.- Collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:- 5-7 years of experience with proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.- Prior experience in the creative industry or with SaaS products is a plus.
