Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Edgewater Federal Solutions has an immediate need for a strong well rounded ServiceNow Developer to join our client's ServiceNow Platform Team as Senior ServiceNow Developer. This position requires an experienced professional with understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules. System Analysts support (development, administration, maintenance) enterprise production systems and associated applications and realms in support of institutional customers.

QualificationsDemonstrated professional experience in the following areas:12 years or more experience. Min of 8 years with SNOW and a total of 12 years of IT experience. Must be listed on resume, or candidates will not be considered.US citizenship is required, per contract and in order to receive badging.Experience with configuring and administering ServiceNow Modules such as ITSM, Knowledge, CMDB, and HRSD.Ability to identify opportunities to design and implement process improvements.Understanding of ITIL framework, workflows, and integration.
