Knowledge and skills:4+ years of experience in the Linux OS, shell scripting, Ansible scriptingexperience as a support or development analyst for a Platform as a Service Provider or Hosting ServiceExceptional verbal and written communication.Good understanding of Linux tools, with an emphasis on curl, openssl and using GitExperience working with hosted applications.Experience with OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, Docker/PodMan, containers, Tomcat, Apache, Python/PHP (web frameworks) and RESTful APIs.Software Experience:Technologies: OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, Docker/PodMan, containersProgramming/Scripting Languages: Linux OS, shell scripting, Ansible scripting, Python, PHP, RESTful APIPlatforms: Linux (RHEL/RHCOS)Minimum Qualifications: Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task.Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-focused service attitude.Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills.Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions.Must be a “team player” able to work with project managers in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems.Able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions.Ability to develop test scripts for integration and user testing.Be available to perform weekend shift duties on a rotational schedule when needed.Able to maintain new scripts/containers to support the hosting platform.Strong troubleshooting skills
